Great communication and warm greetings, made me feel welcomed throughout my visit, closely supervised later on by my DDS and its assistant that both explained the procedure I was to undertake as well as the financials. The DDS that worked in my case showed exquisite professionalism when thoroughly took me step by step to achieving my goal while providing in depth information based on my feedback so much sought-after by this particular dental specialist (Elena Stan). Last but not least important, the DDS made it not painful at all from the beginning (administering the anesthetic), and till the end of the procedure upon closing it up. Thank you.

This was my first time going to this office and they made my transition SO easy from my previous dentist! They were so educational, friendly, patient, relaxed, and thorough! My teeth cleaning was done with precision and care, my exam was detailed and educational, as the dentist answered every question I had and then some! They had models to show me what their procedures were and what they’d be doing and they were beyond joyful in their work. I don’t know why I didn’t switch dentists sooner honestly. I love this office and all inside :)

Excellent experience, I filled out my paperwork and we got to it right after. I went in for an exam and Xray specifically to find the cause of my discomfort and they found it. They offered treatment plans with a variety of options. Then, without me asking, did the breakdown of cost. I really appreciated the transparency and care i recieved here.

I’ve been a client for 30+ years. Dr. Charlene Tran is the best dentist I ever met. She is a kind person. I am afraid of dentist since I was young. I don’t believe in pain during a procedure so she always be sure that I am comfortable. She tells me if I need certain procedure done or can wait a little bit which I like honesty cause some dentist will just say things needs to be done on your teeth even though it can wait just to make money. Now Rochelle, one of Dental Hygienist. She really clean my teeth good, remove all the plaques accumulated in between cleaning time. She takes time and no pain. I feel my teeth so nice after my teeth cleaning. The rest of the staff are very nice & friendly. When I have questions they answer accordingly. My daughters and grandaughters are also clients. Imagine 3 generations. That really means something. What are we waiting for try to visit them. Thank you very much to all the staff??
